Abstract
Global business environments are undergoing unprecedented volatility driven by accelerated technological disruptions, geopolitical fragmentation, fluctuating supply chains, climate uncertainties, shifting workforce expectations, and hypercompetition across sectors. In such complex ecosystems, organizations capable of balancing strategic foresight with rapid adaptability stand a far greater chance of thriving. This research investigates how strategic leadership competencies—including visionary thinking, adaptive decision-making, digital fluency, crisis governance, innovation enablement, and structural empowerment—collectively strengthen organizational agility, enabling firms to detect, interpret, and respond to real-time environmental shocks. The study integrates qualitative executive narratives with quantitative performance metrics to analyze how strategic leaders influence organizational culture, digital readiness, process flexibility, and collaborative intelligence. Findings reveal that leadership agility directly shapes organizational resilience, accelerates transformation, and enhances competitive advantage in volatile markets. This holistic exploration contributes to contemporary management theory by offering a comprehensive framework that explains how leadership practices drive agility-driven sustainable growth.
