Abstract

This article examines the interconnected roles of education systems, economic policy frameworks, and organizational strategy in shaping national competitiveness and sustainable development across global economies. Drawing on comparative case studies from developed and emerging economies, this research explores how investment in human capital through education influences macroeconomic outcomes, institutional resilience, and corporate strategic planning. The findings suggest that nations and organizations that align educational priorities with economic policy objectives achieve superior long-term growth, innovation capacity, and competitive advantage. Policy implications for governments, educational institutions, and multinational enterprises are discussed, with particular attention to developing economies seeking structural transformation.
